A+S Work office chair wins 2024 German Design Award

The design of the A+S Work office chair, manufactured by Actiu, has been awarded at the 2024 German Design Awards in the Excellent Product Design – Office Furniture category.

The German Design Awards are a benchmark in the product design sector, as it is the German Design Council itself that selects the products for evaluation and subsequent awarding, following a professional and impartial analysis. This is an international competition with projects from all around the world.

A+S Work, a technical and professional office chair designed in collaboration with Actiu, introduces a new technological platform noted for its simplicity of use, resource optimization, and proper support of the user. This technological platform brings significant innovation to the market by creating an entirely new range of office chairs with various configurations where the basis of the product is always the same, an innovative synchronization system between the seat and the backrest. This project follows in the footsteps of TNK Flex, a chair made in collaboration with Actiu and previously recognized with the German Design Award in 2018.
